Had to keep cleaning the flame tube and it never worked well in the summer.Next we got a 10 cubic foot electric model that had a 130 watt compressor. It worked well for several years.Now that 'green' is getting main stream, last summer we purchased an 18 cubic foot "normal" size unit from Frigidaire that is thicker than most normal units but uses the same 130 Watt compressor!
