What is the best country for green living and that has the most friendly environmental recycling place???

Finland seems to be the favorite. But there really isn’t a reliable list, mostly because no one has decided on the criteria. I know Denmark and some other countries in the region are doing very similar things.
I’m not quite sure, but if you want to make your area better check out this website- http://www.carbonrally.com! You go there and take challenges to help reduce the amount of Co2 you release into the air, and along the way it will keep track of how many pounds you reduce! Try it out and spread the word!:)
