Thanks for the quick reply Rosana. You are right, of course, and I love your witty way of making a point. I guess all we can do now is be patient and try to satisfy as many of our readers as we can. After all, what's the point of having a contact form if we're not gonna reply?

Mathew, I see you do web hosting from your sig file. You and I are WAY more at home on the information superhighway than probably 90% of humanity, maybe than 95%! What we can do while half asleep does flummox a lot of people.

I also receive mails with all sort of questions that can be easily answered by Google. Where do people have the patience to write the email and then wait for an answer when it would take a few minutes to get the answer (with details I usually can't provide).
