  1. Glad to hear you discovered many of the same inspirations I had when I converted to WFPB eating just over a year ago. I eat as much as I want (and have a healthy appetite), and need to add in avocado, nuts, olives to keep my weight at target level. So many delicious recipes and ethnic foods that can be made free of animal products. Generally I don’t use any oil either. Wish I had discovered this way of eating long before!
